How do I choose the right Kinesiologist?
It is important when choosing a Kinesiologist to ask what level they are qualified at if it is not clearly visible when you're looking on their promotional material. Not all courses are the same, and unfortunately not all practitioners out there have completed a comprehensive qualification even though they may charge you a large fee.

Sometimes it is difficult to know what practitioner is right for you, so to give you a handy tip, one of the most important things to check is they have put in the time into their professional training. A good indicator is if they are able to give health fund rebates to clients-it means that they have met the minimum requirements and hours of training in order to offer rebates.

My course (Diploma of Kinesiology at the highly regarded College of Complementary Medicine) included over 1300 hrs of professional training in Kinesiology. I have worked very hard to complete one of the most rigorous Kinesiology courses available today locally- my qualification includes substantially more hours than most Kinesiology practitioners trained at a Certificate IV in Kinesiology level, and even Diploma level at some colleges. I offer health fund rebates for every health fund that recognises Kinesiology, depending on your level of cover.

After all, you are paying good money in order to be treated by a professional Kinesiology practitioner, so you want to make sure you are in the best possible hands with someone that has completed a comprehensive qualification.
